We are pleased to offer a variety of payment options: credit and debit cards, cash, banker's draft or building society cheque. We want you to be sure you're entirely happy with your furniture, so you won't pay us a penny, not even a deposit, until you see it in your home.

We are so confident in the products and service we provide that we'll let you have the furniture you choose on approval, in your own home, for a full 3 weeks.

If, after that time, you're less than 100% delighted - and as long as it's in the same pristine condition - we will come and collect with no questions asked and give you a full refund.

NOT READY TO ORDER?

You can reserve your furniture and defer delivery for up to 3 months. That means if there are any price increases your order will not be affected because we will hold these prices and it also ensures stock will be available. So, if it's a new conservatory or you are moving house, this is one less thing to think about.

NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THE FIT!

If you're not sure how much to order - don't worry. The beauty of our home delivery service is that you can order those extra items and try them out in your home whilst our driver is with you. If they don't fit, he'll simply take them away again. Remember you don't pay until delivery, so you won't be charged unless you keep items.

All furniture is delivered ready-assembled by our fully trained personal staff, who will also remove and take away all protective packaging so it's ready for your immediate use. Deliveries are usually made within 7-14 days and a morning or afternoon delivery will be advised approximately 3 days prior to the intended delivery date.

On occasion, deliveries may take longer, usually dependent on your area.
